We just received our order and all tastes very good. I did want to mention, however that we paid for a chicken fried rice add on to our governors chicken but received only white rice. While it's only $3 extra dollars I wanted to make note of it.Connie Welch Livick

Last night I ordered $50 worth of food for delivery. When the delivery man came, he did not give us our 4 egg rolls that we ordered. I called the store and was told that they were going to send us some. After over 25 minutes, I called again and they told us that it was taking longer because they made them fresh. I asked if there was any refund we could get for having to wait another 30 minutes and I was denied. During the time that we were waiting for our egg rolls, the rest of our food got cold. It is unacceptable to make a customer wait that long for the food that they ordered and spent and extreme amount of money on. The egg rolls should not have been forgotten in the first place, and upon realizing that they were not put in with the order, you should have called and apologized and sent some over immediately. There is no reason why i should have had to called if you already knew that there was a mistake. You should have also refunded me the money that I spent on them or given us some other kind of discount or perk. What can you do for me so that me, my family and my friends continue to be customers at China Star?

If you have a gallery of your food you should say what dish is being displayed in the picture! People who have never ordered a dish, don't know what it looks like!
